About the role: Operations Manager role includes deep understanding of E2E life cycle events relate to Custody and transfer agency process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for leadership of cross-functional and virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
- Process improvement and redesign initiatives
- Leading change management efforts
- Ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition or general program
- Providing leadership in the integration and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with business partners
- Manage team and engage in mapping target state process related to Custody services.
- Developing metrics, and evaluating performance of programs, services, and initiatives
- Ensuring plans and programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulation.
Skills and Experience:
- Min 10years Extensive experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, Operations management, implementation, or strategic planning required for E2E processing of custody chains and post-trade industry operating models (Global Custody, Direct Custody & Clearing, Account Operator, BO markets, T2S, (I)CSDs)
- Understanding of Client onboarding, Cash Management, Reconciliations functions, Corporate Actions & settlements.
- Corporate trust, financial services, and/or risk and regulatory compliance experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is strongly preferred.
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
- Change leadership experience.
- People and Operations management experience in securities domain.
