About the Job
We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, great sense of responsibility, well organized and able to operate autonomously.
You will perform accounting duties and support our business growth by processing invoices, contracts and updating our accounting database (MYOB). This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily MYOB
- Prepare Trade Shipment contracts and invoices
- Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
- Prepare month-end closing including preparing accounts schedules, monthly balance-sheet reconciliation etc
- Collaborate with internal parties to support inter-company activities
- Collaborate and contact with external parties like tax agents, corporate secretarial agents and government authorities where required
- Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or a related field of study
- Highly detail-oriented
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in Accounting/Finance related job
- Fluent in both English and Pu tong hua to liaise with oversea Colleagues
