Responsibilities
You will conduct inspections of sold units to ensure readiness for the handover of units to the purchasers/ representatives. You will ensure that all defects rectification works are done properly and efficiently by contractors with proper documentation. During the process of handover of the unit, issues on defects, complaints or disputes must be addressed in a timely and efficient manner with excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Degree in Estate Management or Diploma in Building Management/Building Services/ Property Management
- At least 1 year's Customer Service experience in Property industry
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills
- Possess good customer service skills
- Attentive to details and commitment to quality standards
- Keen sense of urgency and a good team player
