About the Role
Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our company's digital initiatives. He/She will need to stay updated with industry trends, adapt to evolving digital technologies, and continuously refine strategies for SEM campaigns and boost traffic and conversions for our website.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives
- Oversee the strategising, execution, and refinement of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and create effective ad groups and campaigns
- Research and analyse competitor advertising links
- Comprehend the customer journey and fine-tune digital touchpoints to elevate the overall customer experience
- Enhance website and landing page performance to augment conversion rates and optimise user experience
- Develop, implement, and optimise SEM campaigns across various search engines primarily focused on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making regular data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEM best practices
- Report on campaign performance, including conversions, CPC, and overall ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless campaign execution
Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns, including Google Ads
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Facebook Ad certification is a plus
- Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage a project comprehensively, from initial concept to final execution
- Self-motivated and takes ownership of responsibilities, excelling in a dynamic and results-driven environment
- Be positive and flexible to cope with the fast growing pace in the company
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
