1. Secretariat Administrator of EFS
- All secretariat administration duties
- Provide admin support for all EFS projects
- Be familiar with constitutional rules and enforce them
- Schedule meetings, prepare and write up minutes of meetings as soon as possible after the meeting for EFS EGM, AGM, MC meetings with the Chairperson
- Send adequate notice of the meetings
- Collect and collate reports from office bearers
- Call for and receive nominations for committees and other positions
- Read, reply and file correspondence promptly
- Collate reports
- Maintain registers of management council, member clubs
- Act as the officer liaising with members of the public, affiliated bodies and government agencies
- Work and communicate with other associations, clubs
- Manage all paperwork pertaining to donations and grants received
- Minutes taking
2. Any other responsibilities given by the Executive Director/Board
3. The successful candidate will need to be meticulous and have a strong attention to details
