Job Description:
- Ensure assets required to deliver services are properly controlled.Assets within project scope are identified, controlled and appropriately managed throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Manage project-issued assets Account for, manage and protect integrity of CIs through service lifecycle with change management to ensure only authorized changes are made only.
- Create and improve workflow and process, Prepare materials and conduct training during Desktop Engineer Quarterly Training
- Custodian of all master copies of software & documentation of CIs registered with Configuration Management
- Administer the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of CIs Maintain and provide information on the status of CIs Assist configuration manager in performing configuration audit Produce configuration status accounting reports
- Ensure a change history of CIs is maintained within Accountable to Configuration Manager for updates
