- Maintain full set of accounts as well as verify and approve AP,AR,GL journals.
- Able to perform and prepare P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, review budget, revenue, expenses, payroll and journals report.
- Ensure accuracy & completeness of month end closing activities (monthly financial report)
- Responsible for the completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis.
- Support cash flow management and daily update.
- Reconcile bank statements in timely manner.
- Identifies process or manage complex problems and escalates appropriately.
- Initiate and support financial process
- Monitors financial resources of business units (including cash, net working capital).
- Prepare Quarterly GST, monthly withholding tax, statutory survey form (ie; OED etc and statistical returns (when required).
- Assist and process in managing HR systems and PAYROLL activities
- Knowledge in Work Pass Application
- Assist in managing HR systems (Info-Tech)
- Assist in Work Pass application, ie; WP, S Pass, EP
- Supports & Coordinate any adhoc assignments
Qualifications and Requirements
- Accountancy Degree or ACCA
- At least 3 years or more working experience in Accounting cum HR Field
- Proficient in Xero Accounting Software. Candidates with knowledge of other accounting software may apply
- HR System- Info tech
- Highly competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel - Pivot table and Word.
- Able to handle all documents with confidentiality
- Positive and Able to take up new Challenge
- Able to handle work stress
- Must have good initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Singaporean, 5 days work week.
