Responsibilities:
- Participate as pivotal member on Agile/Scrum teams in application/system implementation projects, bridging client and Temus teams
- Work closely with clients to gather/refine functional, integration, and user interface requirements
- Write and/or analyze user stories and assist developers with determining optimal system solution
- Engage cross-functional clients in workshops and interviews to analyze business process to align functional requirements
- Influence clients' thinking in adopting leading/standard practices, approaches, and processes
- Lead clients through system implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover
- Support change management by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover
- Work with Project Manager to provide timely and accurate project status information and escalate project issues proactively
Requirement:
- 2 - 3 years' experience in client service role;
- Familiar with client-focused mode of working and a total of 5 years and above experience.
- Experience operating in Agile/Scrum setting for technology development and implementation projects
- Experience with packaged application/system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) implementation
- Strong academic degree from any academic majors (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred)
- Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box
- Self-motivated and able to work in demanding situations with changing priorities
