We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Application Support:Provide technical support for applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and provide timely resolutions to user-reported problems.
- Programming Skills:Proficient in Python and Unix Shell scripting for effective application support and maintenance.
- Database Management:Work with enterprise databases, including but not limited to Oracle, MSSQL, and Snowflake.
Perform database queries, analyze data, and ensure data integrity.
- Technological Exposure:
Advantageous to have exposure and knowledge in any of the following technologies:Denodo
Snowflake
Vector database
AWS technologies
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application features and resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, configurations, and support processes.
- Monitoring and Optimization:Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Application Support Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Unix Shell scripting.
- Experience with enterprise databases, including Oracle, MSSQL, and Snowflake.
- Advantageous to have exposure to Denodo, Snowflake, Vector database, and AWS technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
