Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, etc.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests - Provide technical support across various customer needs
- Offer on-site assistance for IT-related matters at customer offices
- Manage and update customers' IT inventory lists - Address server
- Related issues through the ticket system, escalate to the server supplier's TAC, and ensure proper follow-up
- Replace parts for servers, including mainboards, CPU, RAM, HDD/SSDs, network line cards/modules, transceivers, and cables
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration in a diverse community
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to identify and coordinate solutions for computer problems, hardware, software, and/or network issues
- Clear communication of technical guidance and instructions to users regarding PC and/or mainframe applications and systems
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in a broad spectrum of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, servers, and communications
- Familiarity with a data center environment is considered a plus
