We are seeking to grow our consultancy business in mainland China and are looking for a dynamic business development director.
Who we’re looking for
• highly energetic individual, able to understand pressure and most importantly must have ready access to high-net-worth customers in China and have experience in handling demanding customers.
• more than 5 years in a sales fronting position and very persuasive in acumen
• Knowledge in blockchain prefered
• very articulate in spoken mandarin and at ease with dealing with Chinese speaking clients
• The position is based in Singapore and some travelling is expected.
• Ability to work autonomously to achieve set results
• Competitive Base Salary and Uncapped Commission
Main responsibilities-
• Report to directors directly
• Individual will be tasked to handle projects for a start and will expect to work with minimum supervision
• Eventually achieve a personal sales target of investment products / solutions / consulting business, be accountable for personal sales plan and pipeline.
• Identify opportunities and develop them from start to closure, including build up pipeline, maintain potential clients, provide proposal and follow up the contract process
