Our Client is a leader in the Energy Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Officer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Duties
- Fulfil tasks assigned by Maintenance Engineers in response to work orders.
- Analyse and maintain process parameters, alarms, and relevant information or drawings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Carry out routine maintenance to ensure the ongoing smooth and efficient operation of plant equipment and associated systems.
- Perform functional unit tests during the recommissioning of overhauled units.
- Take a leading role in the repair or replacement of defective components in machinery and equipment.
- Evaluate the need for spare parts, initiate procurement orders, maintain detailed records of parts and materials usage, and review tender quotations.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for all maintenance activities.
- Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment through consistent housekeeping practices.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly activity reports.
- Any additional duties as assigned
Requirement
- Min Nitec, Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years' experience in Engineering or related field
