Senior manager, M&A & Business Development

As the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Your responsibilities encompass driving the success of our entire business in Singapore. This role requires strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and a passion for achieving outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:


- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-looking business strategy fostering growth, profitability, and market leadership in both the retail and e-commerce sectors.

- Financial Stewardship: Assume full ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for our Singapore business, ensuring financial objectives are met and exceeded.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.

- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and processes to optimize retail operations.

- Expansion Initiatives: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including potentially establishing new dealerships and expanding into additional commercial channels.

- Market Insights: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

- Partnerships and Collaborations: Foster and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive business development and enhance our market presence.

- Customer-Centric Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach to ensure an exceptional service experience.

- Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience managing P&L and achieving ambitious financial targets.

- Strong background in leading and overseeing wholesale/distribution/retail operations.

- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Visionary thinker with the ability to set and execute a clear strategic direction.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
