Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of device engineer for competitive BCD platform device development, make sure device on time delivery and qualification.
- Coordinate model/FDK delivery, interface with customer to debug the device issue.
- Guide the team to tune device with well calibrate TCAD deck.
- Guide the team on test key design, layout, analysis.
- Guide the team to BCD device characterization with aid of bench test.
Required Capabilities:
- Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skill, strong knowledge on bipolar and power devices.
- Experienced in BCD device development/ characterization.
- Hands on TCAD simulation/ calibration, layout skill, power device bench test is preferred.
- Team leader with good communication/ coordination skill.
- Self-motivated and performance driver.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
- Background in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology is a requirement.
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication
