The Site Foreman (Architectural) is responsible for assisting the Site Superintendant in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site architectural works, ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
- Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
- Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
- Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
- Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of Building and/or Civil Engineering experience
- Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details
- Completed at least 1 building project
Technical Competencies
- Technical expertise and knowledge in Architectural works
- Good knowledge on method statements on Architectural finishing
- Good Knowledge on Sequence of works
