PTC’s ServiceMax is seeking an ambitious salesperson to drive and grow our Asia Pacific growth focusing in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and South Korea. This Enterprise Account Executive role will require you to manage and grow assigned installed accounts and create a large pipeline of business in white-space accounts. You will work with cross-functional teams to formulate account strategies and bring opportunities to closure on a quarterly basis.
Responsibilities:
- To achieve assigned quota by selling ServiceMax software solutions to companies within whitespace targeted accounts as well as within the PTC Digital Thread customer base alongside your counterparts.
- Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts
- Drive the full sales cycle. Lead multiple sales engagements and move the client entirely through a value-based sales process to successful close.
- Forecast accurately by maintaining comprehensive opportunity profiles and communicating up-to-date information using Salesforce.com.
- Develop successful relationships with key partners, executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO), and departmental managers. Working closely to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities.
- Own your account list and the activity therein.
- Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategize, present, and demonstrate the value and fit with our solution.
- Build a strong customer pipeline management to drive predictable outcomes.
Skills and Knowledge
- Prior sales responsibility for a minimum of $1 million in revenue and/or ARR; with a consistent, proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota.
- Travel required.
- Have a record of accomplishment for achieving sales targets.
- A passion for winning together in collaboration with the broader team with high customer focus.
- Experience managing your business on a monthly basis vs. quarterly / yearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with large enterprise senior line-of-business and IT executives, as well as operational managers.
- An organized, detailed and metrics driven approach to drive the sales cycle from appointment to close.
- Experience in either WFM, CRM or ERP preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years selling to large enterprise and/or commercial accounts.
- Experience leveraging a variety of prospecting tools and techniques.
- MEDDIC and/or Command of the Message experience a plus.
- Proven track record as an account executive selling SaaS Enterprise Software.
