Job Duties
- Assist dental surgeon in procedures and minor dental surgeries
- Prepare the work area for patient treatment by setting out required dental instruments and materials
- Sterilize & pouching of dental instruments
- Maintain the overall sterility, cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all time & basic housekeeping throughout the clinics
- Assist in taking xrays
- Preparation of next day cases
- Checking of lab cases
- Clearing suction and all instruments at end day
- Ensure professional services are provided to patients
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Basic administrative duties
Required Skill(s)
Customer service, Booking patient appointments, discharging patients, accepting payments, Hospitality, Proficient with Computer software for electronic medical records, Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and using computer effectively.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs
Responds to requests for service and assistance and follow up promptly
Work in a fast pace environment

APPLICATIONS WITH WORK EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY OR GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF DENTAL PROCEDURES AND TREATMENT PROCEDURES WILL HAVE AN ADVANTAGE.
Working hours : 9am to 6pm weekdays | 9am to 1pm weekends
