We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) to help our customers and us with digital transformation projects. The ServiceNow Architect will lead the design and delivery of internal and external ServiceNow implementations. She/ He will act as a pivotal point in managing key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of ServiceNow solution align with business objectives. This role is the technical expertise who will translate business information into architectural blueprints, ensuring the holistic integration of ServiceNow as a standard in digital transformation, seamlessly integrated with the organization's core applications.


Descriptions

  1. Lead ServiceNow Implementation ProjectsOversee the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions while effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally.
    Engage with the customer’s Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard platform for digital transformation, integrated with the customer's core applications.
    Ensure the alignment of solutions with ServiceNow best practices and standards.
    Provide technical leadership in architecting scalable and efficient ServiceNow implementations.
  2. Integration Expertise:Extensive experience in integrating ServiceNow with various third-party systems, applications, and data sources.
    Ensure seamless data flow and process automation between ServiceNow and other platforms.
  3. Engage and Collaborate:Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather and validate requirements, and present solutions.
    Establish and manage a robust technical governance structure.
  4. ITSM Best Practices:Implement and promote ITIL-based best practices in ServiceNow configurations, ensuring alignment with clients' IT service management needs.
  5. Team Leadership:Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues and serve as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
    Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers and developers from in-house and vendor partners, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
  6. Documentation:Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, integration plans, and best practice guidelines.

Requirements


  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with at least 8 years of related experience.
  • ServiceNow Professional-level certification or higher in domain of Implementation or System Administration.
  • Substantial experience of at least 7~10 years in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in a large organization.
  • Proven experience in running requirements gathering workshop, analyzing and translating business and technical requirements into ServiceNow architectural blueprints.
  • Proficiency in managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working with workflows in key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, CSM, TSM, ITOM, SecOps, App Engine).
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI configurations, and ServiceNow APIs
  • Strong understanding and experience in driving process optimization and efficiencies through the use ServiceNow platform.
  • Track record of establishing and managing technical governance.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with enterprise stakeholders and positioning ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform standard.
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow on-premise is an added advantage.
  • Ability to produce detailed functional design documents to match customer requirements.
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting junior developers and peers.
  • Proven contribution to the development of opportunities and providing input to grow the ServiceNow business.
  • Open-minded and adaptable to change.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
