Job Description
- Hardware Support of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Phones, IP Phone, iPads
- Software Support
- Basic/first level support of Network and Server devices
- Knowledge and experience on Windows 7/8/10/11 OS
- Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
- Manage IMAC and deskside support services.
- Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops.
- Willing to work on rotating shift basis, more to be elaborated with shortlisted profiles
