• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
• Manage relationships with dealerships and distributors
• Identify new markets and product segments potential to achieve best penetration
• Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans
• Prepare the annual budget and detailed business plan including monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
• Conduct market intelligence activities such as competitors’ analysis, product positioning, customers profile in order to ensure suitable strategies and tactics for each customer and product segment
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree specializing in Agriculture Engineering
• Min 15 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in agricultural equipment business segments
• Fluent in English
