We are looking for a passionate analytical, diligent, highly ethical Compliance Executive who will work closely with the Global team members to orchestrate and maintain the enforcement regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.
To succeed as a Compliance Executive, you should be coming along with experience in the FX and CFD sector dealing with AML, regulatory compliance, license applications, and acquisition. You should be knowledgeable, collaborative, and motivated.
In short, what you will do
- Support the compliance function of the Group
- Support the Group regarding new products, acquisition, licences and expansion into new jurisdictions
- Research new and existing laws, regulations, policies, regulatory and industry standards, and identify existing and emerging business practice issues and risks of the Group
- Keep up to date with current business developments, regulatory compliance and licensing regulatory issues that could impact the Group
- Keep up to date with the changing licensing environment globally, especially in Europe and offshore jurisdictions
- Propose solutions relating to compliance requirements that impact the Group’s product and business
- Propose solutions relating to compliance requirements that impact the Group’s products and business
- Propose desirable jurisdictions relating to new licensing jurisdictions
- Participate in the implementation of policy changes and any emerging regulatory issues impacting the Group
- Assist with the maintenance of the Group and regulated entities AML/CTF, compliance framework and compliance monitoring program
- Review and forthcoming regulations and advise how these are affecting the Group’s operations
- Provide reports as directed, to keep the senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
- Provide support and guidance to team members where needed
What you need to bring along
- Bachelor’s qualification with Compliance professional of at least 3 years’ experience with a specific focus on AML, regulatory compliance, licence applications, acquisitions, etc
- Prior experience in the FX and CFD industry is highly desirable
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in managing financial institutions & professional writing and executing compliance policies in the relevant industry
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced agile team
- Ability to speak Mandarin and English fluently in order to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders
