Project Interface Engineer (Waste-to-Energy Industry)

As a Project Interface Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of our waste to energy projects in Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our Technology Principal and the local stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and seamless project delivery.


Responsibilities:


1. Interface Management: Act as the key point of contact between the Technology Principal team and local stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

2. Project Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate all project activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, adherence to project schedules, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, resolving any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to monitor project implementation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any potential obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

7. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with local stakeholders, actively engaging and addressing their concerns or requirements throughout the project duration.

8. Project Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements to management and other relevant stakeholders.

9. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, identifying opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
