- Administer and maintain the full spectrum of HR Recruitment and selection including staff orientation, onboarding as well as offboarding;
- Draft and maintain all HR related document and filing records;
- Maintain HR guidelines and policies;
- Plan and manage suitable training / courses for the staff;
- Provide the necessary documents for payroll processing;
- Manage staff welfare matters eg. staff birthday and other such welfare matters, disciplinary issues, grievances and counselling;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned;
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel);
Good problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment;
Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives;
Good analytical skills and resourceful;
Well-organized and able to multi-task;
