Responsibilities
- Manage the Scope, Cost, Vendors and Stakeholders;
- Manage the vendor maintenance renewal contracts (software , system care, professional services);
- Manage the team on the deployments of Software Releases, projects, enhancements, security patches and industry testing;
- Be the application point of contact and coordinate with Interfacing application teams & bank’s governance teams;
- Liaise with business units and manage requirements, analysis and propose solutions;
- Lead the SWIFT Customer Security Program (CSP), perform assessment and work towards attestation closure;
- Prepare / Review and consolidate Technical Specifications, Test Plan and necessary SDLC documents;
- Oversee the SIT and UAT. Maintain Traceability matrices from BRD to Test Cases;
- Provide timely information and artifacts during Audits.
Requirements
- A good university degree with at least 8 years’ IT industry experience supporting and managing SWIFT applications (SAA, SAG, SNL, AWP), SWIFT VPN, SWIFT HSM, PKI and Sanction Screening solutions;
- Experience in End to End payments and settlement flow;
- Excellent knowledge of SWIFT FIN and ISO20022 Messages;
- Good knowledge on Incident and Defect management life cycle and should be able to convene incident and defect resolution meetings / calls;
- Well versed with JIRA Testing tool, Github configuration tools, should be able to track testing progress and generate testing progress reports and present the testing progress for multiple projects under the unit;
- Interfaces knowledge – IBM-MQ, SFTP, JMS.
