Job Description:


As lead of the DxD Hub?s Corporate Planning team:

  1. Develop and align strategies to economic and national agenda (e.g. DxD Hub 2.0 in RIE2025 strategy), including strengthening linkages with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. MOH, clinical clusters in setting up satellite programmes).
  2. Translate overarching DxD Hub?s strategies into an action plan, coordinating across public sector and internal stakeholders and entities to achieve Enterprise?s desired outcomes.
  3. Set, monitor and report performance and tracking indicators for DxD Hub in alignment with Enterprise and its operating units and in partnership with finance for financial targets.
  4. Establish and maintain corporate branding and public awareness of DxD Hub.
  5. Perform Divisional reporting and communications functions with stakeholders within A*STAR, governing and advisory boards, as well as other public agencies in the ecosystem.
  6. Review internal operational processes for possible improvements, in alignment with Enterprise and A*STAR best practices.
  7. Build capabilities of service platforms & drive realization of business outcome.
  8. Hires, motivates, develops, and retains key talent.
  9. Develop and deliver accurate reports of operational metrics to the COO and CEO. Deliver monthly operation reports.

Requirements:


Qualification: Bachelor Degree. Additional credentials in Science/Engineering would be an advantage.

Work Experience: More than 6 years working experience. Relevant working experience in strategic and/or corporate planning, would be an advantage.

Technical Skills: Possess strong strategic and analytical thinking skills. Able to identify and contextualise stakeholder issues and manage them appropriately.

Soft Skills: Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a team and guide the team to achieve their tasks. Able to work outside of organizational boundaries to engage external stakeholders as necessary.

Abilities / Aptitudes: Able to deliver results under tight timelines. Pro-active, quality conscious and results oriented.
