Responsibilities
- Assist the General Counsel on legal and compliance issues
- Provide legal support on energy trading business
- Support trade compliance and refinery projects development
- Handle the coordination in implementing the requirements of headquarters
- Advise on shareholder issues
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least a Master's Degree in Law or equivalent
- Experience (at least 10 years) in the related fields
- Possess good management and organizational skills
- Quick learner and proficient in communications
