Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be a technical team member for Oracle Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)
- Ensure system availability and provide support for applications like Core HRMS, Self Service HR, Absent/Leave Management, Talent Management, Compensation Modules and other ERP modules.
- Be the support staff who needs to closely co-ordinate and work with various team like Tech Infra, application services, solutioning, project and business units with the Customers
- Follow up to resolve issues reported by Client and performs impact analysis related BAU/projects/enhancements that will impact the ERP applications.
- Able to support relevant software/platform/database upgrade for the system
Requirements and Skills
- Programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell scripting, Oracle Workflow, Oracle reports, Workflow customizations, Interface design
- Experienced in Incident, Problem, and Change Management process
- Good to have experience in IT Project Delivery using Waterfall/Agile Methodology and complete Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience decomposing complex problems into parts for effective problem-solving
