We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Secretariat Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our organization's corporate governance and compliance functions, as well as handling fund administration tasks. We are looking for a hardworking, team-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including board meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and corporate records.
- Handle fund administration tasks such as maintaining accurate fund records, processing investor subscriptions and redemptions, and reconciling fund transactions.
Stay updated on corporate governance regulations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for both corporate governance and fund administration, including filing statutory forms and documents. - Support the preparation and filing of annual reports, financial statements, and other required disclosures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth fund operations and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma holder, business/accounting background preferred.
- Preferably familiar with corporate governance principles, fund industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn, be proactive, hardworking, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
