Job Description
· You will assist the Facilities Manager/ Supervisor in managing the facilities and support services of the building maintenance and conservancy work
· Co-ordinate and monitor all development, corrective and preventive maintenance work
· Prepare and assist in Audits and all facilities related issues
· To ensure the smooth operations of the Premises including security, fire safety, vehicle parking facilities
· Co-ordinate all activities required to preserve/ enhance the physical and functional integrity of facilities including work authorization, inspection and emergency preparedness related requirements
· Sourcing and collation of data in preparation for the annual budget for repairs or improvement works
· Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Management Team
Job Requirements
· Diploma/ 3Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E, Facilities Management (Manufacturing Industry) or equivalent
· Hands-on M&E experience
· Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines
