Responsibilities:
- Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements
- Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
- Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them
- Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs
- Creating plans and designs using CAD technology
- Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
- Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project
- Writing technical documentation for machine operators
- Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations
- Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team
- Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules
- Responsible for mechanical documentation
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics)
- Experience working in the mechanical engineering field
- Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs
- Ability to run simulations and analyse test data
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- About 2 years field technical experience in Semiconductor environment. Other industrial with good equipment knowledge is welcome
- Experience in troubleshooting of PC base fully automatic equipment in semiconductor and other industrial
- Good knowledge on equipment control and troubleshooting method/skill.
- Good knowledge in die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
