Our client is a Singapore-based entertainment company which has various branches across the country.
In the role of Channel Strategy Manager, you will assist senior managers in the company by crafting and executing multi-channel strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility, increasing revenue, and fostering customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive channel strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive traffic to our entertainment centers.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional efforts in identifying and managing the establishment of new outlets.
- Effectively manage budgets and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimally 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing channel strategies, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or retail sector.
- Robust project management skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to innovate and adapt to evolving market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
