Job Description:
- Support and coordinate drawing/ technical issues with projects
- Create and prepare related drawings, proposals and technical submissions as per schedule in good quality
- Responsible for maintaining design and technical specifications of equipment and materials
- Coordinate with Professional Engineers for design calculations and endorsements
- Prepares and updates Revit Model
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings as required by the project
- Update drawing registry
- Provide technical support for tender
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in M&E industry
- Good experience in related BIM with strong technical knowledge and modelling skills
- Able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit
- Motivated, responsible with positive attitude
