Job scope includes:
- Assist in general administrative works (Replying Emails, Data Entry, Handling customers and phone calls)
- Liaise with respective stakeholders for accounts/admin-related matters
- Monitoring and Liasing with contractors and staff on daily operations matters
- Prepare Quotations
- Perform monthly billing/invoice for customers
- maintain good communication with parents and school administrators for school bus related matters
- Adhoc Tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Previous working experience as admin assistant is preferred but not necessary
- N/O/A levels, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in any field of studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Enable to communicate in English and Mandarin or Malay
- Customer service orientated, detailed person
