Our Client, is a Global renowned investment company is looking for a Program Manager to take charge of Legal Compliance and Regulatory system
Role
- Drive and enable technology transformation programs for legal, compliance, and regulatory functions.
- Lead change and run firm initiatives for the evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems.D
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement, quality processes, and reporting and metrics that support the delivery of world-class legal operations.
- Assess process improvement and transformation opportunities, and partner with process owners and stakeholders to:
Scope opportunities
- Define problem statements and objectives
- Structure projects and teams
- Build high-quality, standardized processes that consistently deliver intended outcomes.
- Lead automation and technology integration projects working with legal technology teams.
- Provide self-service resources and skill development to increase team capability.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in a legal operations role, with a focus on process improvement and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with legal technology and automation tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
