Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Supervisor in the day to day operations of the Marina, ensuring optimal efficiency of pontoons, M&E facilities and equipment.
- Follow up maintenance schedule to perform preventive maintenance of all pedestals & DB boards.
- Performs maintenance, plumbing works (PPR), Minor Painting, alteration, and repair planks work at the Marina.
- Maintain operational procedure for equipment, such as pedestals, fire equipment, pontoons and electrical switchboard.
- Inspects the work of contractors undertaking major installation and repair work to ensure compliance with our Club requirements.
- Daily checking of utilities & record water & Electrical consumption.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Electrical systems & marina operation.
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing (PPR welding), painting & carpentry work.
- Understand safety, electrical and environmental regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in minimal supervision
- Able to work shifts & in outdoor conditions.
