Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensure required filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline
- Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans and performance objectives
- Scheduling, Monitor, control, coach, train and develop team members including reviewing of tax computations, GST computations, accounting treatment and preparation of unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant governing law
- Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or tax related issues for portfolio of clients
- Prepare and filing XBRL financial statements on behalf of Clients
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA etc.)
- At least 5 years relevant experience with a senior role experience
- Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges
- Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous
- Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) advantageous
