Job Description:
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams
- Resolve technical issues and ensure compatibility and optimization of hardware and sofware to customer's application
- Project pursuit with consultants, engineering contractors and end-users towards achieving end results
- Collating and maintaining project and service pursuit reports for Management's review and action plans
- Coordinate with sales staff and marketing marketing teams to design and implement strategies to create product awareness and demand in the market
- Provide guidance on product specifications, applications and testing product and sofware with by combining technical knowledge and business requirements to develop solutions
- Identify the growth prospects in the market and provide guidance on improving ways to assist the sales and marketing teams
- Participate in technical training of the customers and help them to incorporate the products in their work set-up
- Programming and site commissioning
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITE / NTC in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Self-starter with initiative and a willingness to learn
- Technical strengths in programmable logic control and PC programming C++, Java scripts etc
- Flair towards customer-oriented services
- Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in automation or related industry
