Accounts Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist the finance team for monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc group reporting.
  • Assist in month-end deliverables, intra-group reconciliation and settlements, and accruals.
  • Prepare internal and external group financial reports, regulatory returns, tax filings and etc.
  • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and verify payments and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
  • Create monthly payment reports for management.
  • Maintain Company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with Financial Controller and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Accounting / Finance
  • 3 years experience in accounting/finance
  • Required language(s): Mandarin
  • Able to work independently and as a team;
  • Able to meet deadlines;
  • Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills; and
  • Have strong work ethics
