Role Summary
We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team to assist in full spectrum of Human Resource functions including employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. He/She will be handle all other HR matters and administration tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Provide full spectrum of Human Resource support to business and employees on a wide range of operational HR related issues.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, IR21, IR8A.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly reports, staff list, organizational chart.
- Assist to implement and enhance HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with labour legislations in HR practices & policies.
- Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding full process.
- Manage recruitment process from end to end.
- Maintain corporate insurance.
- Participate in market surveys from government agencies ie. MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various Human Resource related surveys.
- Familiar with work pass applications (application, renewal, cancellation, etc.)
- Create and maintain employee records in HRIS and upkeep all relevant documents.
- Assist in annual budgeting for Human Resource Department.
- Assist and coordinate training programs between staff and training providers.
- Maintain, review and recommend appropriate staff welfare and benefits.
- Manage staff queries on Human Resource matters.
- Assist with employee engagement, plan and organize Company and staff activities.
- Assist with administrative task, eg; reception, collect mails, business cards, office supplies and maintenance, season parking, procurement, etc.
- Assist with other tasks that may be assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a HR Generalist.
- Well-versed on MOM regulations and local legislation.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong employee service focus and aptitude.
- Independent, organized, meticulous and prepared to take a hands-on approach.
