Description
- Highly motivated individuals to promote and acquire New to Bank and/or existing customers by cross-selling the value propositions of banking facilities such as credit cards, banking accounts or fund transfer program to various consumer segment
- Engage & build good relationship with customers, generate sales referrals & deliver good client experience
- Good follow-up skills and ensure customers' applications and documentations are completed for processing timely
- Requires to meet performance standards, business goals and sales targets
- Able to present effectively and communicate comfortably to customers face to face or through telemarketing activities
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma qualifications
- The candidate must be confident, meticulous, possess good interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Candidate needs to have good communication & customer service skills
- Sales-oriented and a self-motivated candidate to excel in sales targets and goals
- A team player and ability to multi-task & thrive in a fast paced sales environment
- Computer literate, proficient with use of MS Office & Outlook
