Role Summary:
Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Payroll, Lifecycle Admin, and Employee Relations responsibilities.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in HR, emphasizing payroll and operations.
- Preferably worked in large catering/hospitality firms, managing substantial payrolls.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong grasp of local labor laws, HR systems (HRIS), and familiarity with catering/hospitality.
- Proficient in analytics, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
Attitude:
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong team player, proactive, and highly organized.
