Responsibilities:
- To support and administer all EHS-related initiatives.
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting / inspection with our own supervisors/workers and subcontractors supervisors/workers.
- Conduct daily safety inspection to ensure total compliance to MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures.
- Handle daily site inspections on EHS aspects, and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
- Prepare and review the safety documents (Risk Assessment/Safe Work Procedures and etc).
- To investigate workplace accidents if any, identify causes and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Execute risk management plan for work process and work areas.
- Other add-hoc EHS duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
- Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management and First Aid certified.
- Possess good knowledge of WSH Act.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
