- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting (in charge of a full set of accounts).
- Administer daily financial transactions based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Prepare monthly MIS reports to investors.
- Prepare annual financial statements, corporate tax returns, and all other financial compliance obligations.
- Liaise with auditors to prepare audited financial statements and XBRL.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like tax agents, corporate secretary, and local tax authorities when required.
- Provide various accounting support when required.
Requirement
- At least 3 years of accounting experience managing full sets of accounts using Xero accounting system.
- Degree in accounting; CA/ACCA is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Good analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Highly organized and structured and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills, specifically formulas and pivot tables.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Able to start work immediately.
