Reporting to the Senior Catering Sales Manager and responsible for supporting the Catering Sales team.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Answer phone calls, direct to appropriate person and / or take detailed messages.
- Promptly respond to all banquet inquiries. To send standard banquet event proposals with F&B menus, drinks list and Banquet T&C. Thereafter, if the event materialised, to process the Venue Booking Confirmation Form and send to member as an acknowledgment and acceptance of the event booking.
- Distribute Banquet Event Order (BEO) to all department concerned.
- Prepare signage, menu, food tags for all banquet events function.
- To follow-up on status of the proposals sent out, before for cut-off dates, if given.
- Ensure orders and requisitions for the Banquet department are completed, provide administrative support like raising PO/ payment/ petty cash form, filing etc
- Update and ensure accuracy of banquet sales report on daily basis after each event completed.
- Update proper Banquet calendar booking via outlook. To keep proper written documentation with Restaurant Managers when respective venues are booked and to ensure NO double booking is made.
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the Banquet Department.
- Assist in any other duties pertaining to F&B Admin support as assigned.
