Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations for efficiency.
- Motivate and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, keeping an eye on performance metrics.
- Setting KPI for department
- Tenancy and contract negotiations, liaising with suppliers (local)
- Ensure everyone follows company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies for better product visibility.
- Train staff to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay tuned to market trends for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Possess at least a Diploma.
- Ensure the sales floor and retail operations of the store are in comply with companies’ policies and procedures.
- Applicants who have retail operations experience in other products are welcome to apply too.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Organized and skilled at multitasking.
