Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly performance targets through proactive optimisations and tactics in line with the business needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will range from strategy planning to media buying, performance monitoring and optimisation.
You will be entrusted to:
- Own all activities across performance marketing channels such as Meta Ads, Google Search & Display Ads, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads, and more.
- Craft out a long-term performance marketing strategy roadmap and testing-plans
- Work closely with Content Strategist and play an influencing role in Ad creation process
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly performance insights, uncovering potential issues and propose improvement initiatives
- Ensure campaigns and platforms setups are according to best practices relevant to the business
- Constantly look out, test and scale into new inventories or channels
- Maintain strong relationships with media buying partners, collaborating on joint-business-plans (JBPs) for overall success.
Requirement:
- Min. 4-5 years of hands-on experience on performance marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Search & Display Ads, Youtube Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Experience in other ad platforms such as programmatic, GrabAds, CPAS ads, Spotify Ads is a plus
- Experience in mentoring a team on performance marketing execution
- Experience in data tracking setups (UTM tagging, Pixels, conversion APIs, etc)
- A keen eye for creative and media assets
- Strong interest and passion towards numbers and data, able to make sense of data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
