Job Description:
• Track orders and stock movement
• Liaise with forwarders on goods arrival, exports and drop-shipments
• Liaising with suppliers on status of availability, quantites and shipment
• Negotiating L/C
• Generate purchase order, proforma invoice, invoice and credit note
• Liaise with 3PL for dispatch
• Verification of invoices, monitoring outstanding payments, ad-hoc administrative duties
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma with 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Letter of Credit and SAP Knowledge is an added advantage
SALARY RANGE: $3,500 to $4,000
