Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Level engineering support to clients on daily operations.
- Manage and resolve daily raised tickets on the floor.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Operating System platform with Microsoft Exchange support.
- Provide Local & Wide Area Network support including the ability to manage and troubleshoot problems on Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Printers and etc.
- Provide daily service reports at the client’s site upon work completion.
- To provide / update Systems and Network Audit documentation.
- To provide recommendations to clients’ network infrastructure on upgrades or tech refresh based on documentation compilation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT/ Communications/ Electronics Engineering/ majoring in network and systems communications technologies preferred.
- Good experience/knowledge in the following:
- Active Directory, Network / Security administration and configuration (CCNA/CCNP/ MCSE preferred)
- Well-versed and capable in implementation and design for VMWare and or Hyper-V environment preferred.
- Capable to administer Microsoft 365 for Onboarding/ Offboarding processes, editing access rights policies, and implementing controls preferred. (Else training will be provided.)
- Minimum to have 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar industry.
- Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Candidate must have a relentless attitude and take responsibility and ownership of customer problems, from start to resolution.
- Independent personality and also versatile as a Good team player when working on projects within a team.
- Able to work ad-hoc extended hours on Network / Server Setup / Migration during deployment projects.
