Job Description:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
• Build and manage an effective and performing distribution network in APAC.
• Manage relationships with dealerships and distributors
• Identify new markets and product segments potential to achieve best penetration
• Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans
• Prepare the annual budget and detailed business plan including monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
• Conduct market intelligence activities such as competitors’ analysis, product positioning, customers profile in order to ensure suitable strategies and tactics for each customer and product segment
• Coaching and leading multi-cultural team – fostering collaborative culture.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree specializing in Agriculture Engineering
• Min 15 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in agricultural equipment business segments
• Strong knowledge of Agricultural equipment sector, especially Asia dynamics
• Fluent in English
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills: Agricultural equipment products knowledge, Farming Practices, Crop and soil utilization pattern in APAC, Agriculture Tractor and matching implements knowledge
Soft Skills: Collaborating within a team. Mentoring and training less-experienced team members. Communicating between executive leadership and sales team members. Analytical thinking and problem solving
