Chairman is responsible for formulating business strategy, strategic vision, business growth, innovation and sustainability. Also hencing global networking, strategic partnership affair, sound communication and public relation. Chairman is directly reporting to the Board of Directors.

Main Activities:
Leading the Board and focusing it on strategic matters, overseeing the Group's business and setting high governance standards including:
- Formulate and define business strategies that drive business growth, innovation and sustainability.
- Sound communication and relationship with the government agencies, private entities, business partners and Association members.
- Securing relability, regulatory and compliance affair with Board, Cooperate Secretarial Office and consultant firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Rajah and Tann.
- Leading Board for discussion the reserve matter of strategy, risk management, governance, capital, financial reporting and business expansion.
- Strategic collaborations with international partners and international organizations including:
